We have had to increase our prices for Muay Thai due to the high response in the evening. For unlimited Muay Thai (any time Muay Thai is taught), the price is now $75/month for a 3 month or longer contract. If you can come to the 10:00 or 11:00 class, we can continue the special at $50/month for 3 months.
It is a great cardio and striking workout. It is also a great way to see what mixed martial arts is all about. Come in for a free class and see if it is for you as well. We have a lot of people new to martial arts and kickboxing who are getting in shape and having a lot of fun. All ages and levels of ability are welcome.

Charles will be coming in to the gym to train in advance of his June 1st fight against Jonathan Brookins on the Ultimate Fighter Finale. Come out to help support his training.
Parent's Night Out
We are starting to see interest in a Parent's Night Out program at the gym on Friday and Saturday nights. We have a couple of certified child care professionals that see a large need for weekend evening child care. They are designing a program to take advantage of the space and equipment at the gym.
